Sourced from the high-altitude terrains of Bombe Village, Ethiopia, every heirloom bean of our newest SIDAMO roast reflects the attentive care of the many small, specialty coffee farms located throughout the Shantawene region.

No matter how you prepare it, this is a clean and delicious roast. We often taste a pleasant of range of fruity and floral flavors balanced with brown sugar sweetness, and that wonderfully delicate, black tea-like, finish.
