This tiny peaberry coffee from small farms in the micro-regions of Machado, Poco Fundo, and Campestre is processed naturally, which provides an above average level of sweetness through cocoa, caramel, and black cherry flavor notes. We wholeheartedly enjoy this single origin brewed by any method, but especially love it as espresso.
